Dylan's second Memorial Day. We went to the ceremony and parade in Woodstock and then partied it up at the Farm!

Yesterday we had Dylan's first birthday party at our new house! It was a perfect day to play and have fun with family and friends. Thank you so much to everyone that came! He had an amazing day - he is very blessed! Sorry for so many pictures :)
We had fun celebrating Kate's birthday! We went out to lunch, went to softball and had a party at the Silker house. (And we all had to wear America clothing only haha). We love you Kate - Happy Birthday!!
Dylan had a great first Easter! I was sick with the stomach flu and Drew had to work, but he had fun at church with Grandma and Grandpa and all of his aunts. We also had some fun playing at the farm and dying some eggs!
The weather was crazy this weekend (rain, sun, hot, cold, hail, ect) but we really enjoyed the warm part of Saturday! It got up to 75 & we were able to play outside without a sweatshirt or shoes! :) Dylan really loved walking around the patio and the backyard while the puppies were having a play date with Gravy.
We spent last weekend moving into our new house and it went really well! We had a ton of awesome people helping us out and we managed to move everything from the storage unit in only a few hours :) Now we just have to set everything up. Thank you so much to everyone that helped us out! We are so lucky! It was really busy and fun so we didn't get a lot of pictures but here are a few we got along with a collage of Dylan's first bath in his new house (he loved it!)
On January 20th Genna turned 21! We had a little party in Crystal Lake and then went to a bar at midnight! Dylan didn't make it to the bar but he did have fun at the party ;)
This is a throw back to January 13, 2013 when we had our Gender Reveal Party for everyone to find out we were having a baby boy! Here were everyone's guesses....boy or girl! Who was right, who was wrong?? Click "read more" below to see more pictures of the party!
Christmas day we wake up and open presents from Santa and from our family. Then we eat an awesome breakfast prepared by my Dad. Then it's off to the Farm to celebrate again and eat a lovely feast made by Top Chef Don Perkins :)
Christmas Eve is my favorite night of the whole year. We dress up, go to church, take a zillion pics, eat some food, open presents, drink and play games. It is my favorite family tradition - all done at the Farm :) Dylan got a ton of awesome presents! We also had some fun doing rumchata shots out of weird glasses (no shot glasses around) and sliding down the stairs in our new matching jammies :)
We took Dylan to see Santa for the first time. It was freeezing out so Kate & I waited in line and Drew & Dyl waited in the van. When we finally got to Santa it went pretty well - although Dylan did puke in Santa's beard....I don't think anyone noticed :)
Dylan's first Halloween was a lot of fun!! We dressed up as Duck Dynasty characters :) We trick-or-treated at Eric's, Uncle Donny's, Auntie's, Grandma & Grandpa's & the Farm! Drew was Willie, Nikki was Jase, Kate was Si? haha, and Dylan was little Willie? :) Sammi joined us as a pumpkin.
On Monday we had a lot of fun at the pumpkin patch! :) When we got home Papa brought us a corn shock!
Today is Dylan's 5 month birthday! Grandma, Kate, Dylan and I went to the zoo to celebrate. It was Dylan's first time at the zoo - he seemed to enjoy it (even though he was sleeping most of the time haha). Grandma bought him a mommy giraffe and a baby giraffe for his birthday since we think that was his favorite animal. He also got a toy tiger since we saw the tiger taking a swim at the zoo!
